Best hot tub store in town! This company was the only company in town that was willing to help me at my time in need. They helped me when my pump went quit. The low temperature for the day was supposed to be 6 degrees. They sourced new parts for the emergency repair as well as following up and getting my tub to 100% again. Above all, excellent service with a smile.

We recieved our new spa yesterday. This company has been a pleasure to work with. We were somewhat undecided and searched many stores and websites before choosing our spa with Sun Leisure . They were very professional and prompt with the delivery and setup. I also appreciated that they weren't high pressure sales people like other stores.

Sun Leisure was one of several companies we looked at. The salesman in the showroom was informative, yet very low pressure. He explained all the spas and their features. I appreciated that he didn't ask us for our contact info (so that they could call us and bug us for weeks afterwards like another company did). When it was time to set up our hot tub, they came out promptly, they put it exactly where we wanted it, measured everything, filled it, made sure the water was right PH, etc. They patiently explained to us how to do all the chemicals, they showed us all the features on our spa. We couldn't have been more pleased with them. Awesomeness.

Sun leisure has been servicing my pool for many years and have always done a fantastic job every year. Me and my wife just got our new Marquis hot tub from them a few weeks ago and I could be more happy with my purchase, we use it every night and its a wonderful addition to our back yard. When we were shopping for a hot tub the staff was more then helpful. They really listened to what we wanted and needs are and they show us the perfect hot tub for us. Free delivery to our Reno home and made everything easy for us! This company really is outstanding with there service and products.

Amazing people!!! I used to use another company. Long story short we had a sick hot tub and called the other guys as we bought our spa from them. They sent a tech out the first time who said our spa was junk. We just bought it for 12k and they are saying it is junk. The day before I was going to take a chain saw to it to get it out I decided to call the other guys one more time. This time they I actually talked to the guy and having an extensive background in electronics in a 10 min conversation I knew he was clue less so I let him finish his diagnostic and he had a list with over 3k in parts. Then I called Sun leisure pool and spa they sent a guy out the next day and 30 min of looking he had it fixed. Turned out to be a bad flow switch and a fuse. They are amazing people and very friendly and professional. Will never use anyone other then them. And I advise you to use them as well. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to finding the solution and getting us up and running.

Sun Leisure is a dream team! Everyone in the store and on the crew are super friendly, enaging and knowledgable. From the first phone call to the finishing touches - our pool installation was not only easy, but fun! I highly recommend them!

This is a family owned and operated company, which I love. I submitted my inquiry online and Patrick responded in a timely manner, and we set up a time for him to come out and see the yard. He was on time, prepared, professional, and a true expert. They have been doing this for decades and it shows! He was so patient with my million questions on that day, and for the months that followed. He went over all our options and prepared a detailed quote that included all the services needed to do the job in FULL. They literally handle everything. Be careful of other companies that require you to subcontract things like plumbing, electrical and even the crane used to bring the pool in! It ends up a logistical nightmare to plan everything. If you want a company to handle the entire thing (and handle it perfectly) – Sun Leisure is your best bet, by far! Patty, Terry, Brad, and the rest of the crew were phenomenal. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, respectful of property and an absolute joy to work with. Our pool is complete, and before Spring! It’s perfect in every way and we cannot recommend them enough. They were even able to recommend a great landscaper that does the coping pavers around the edge of the pool. I learned this is a specialized thing and the landscaper they recommended (Abel’s Landscaping) – does most of this specialized work around the pools they install. Don’t make the mistake of letting someone that is not familiar with it install those incorrectly around your beautiful new pool! Thank you, Sun Leisure! You are the very best for a reason.
